Frequently Asked Questions

What is the shelf life of your sauces?

Our sauces stay fresh up to a year unopened and up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator after opening.

How long before I receive my package?

We guarantee a processing time of 48 hours or less. Our shipping times range from 3-5 days (maybe longer during holidays)

What is micro-batching?

Our sauces are kettle-cooked in small batches with an emphasis on quality and flavor. Cooking in this manner, using real, authentic ingredients, results in handcrafted flavor superior to mass-produced sauces.

Do you use animal products in your sauces?

All of our sauces are vegan, non-gmo, and gluten free.

Do you make these sauces at home?

Due to state and federal regulations we work out of a certified commercial kitchen located in Harlem, N.Y.

What kind of peppers do you use?

We use New York grown habaƱero peppers.

What's the difference between pepper sauce and hot sauce?

Our pepper sauces have a heartier consistency than most other spicy condiments, which makes them great for dipping, spreading, grilling, and marinating.
